Located in Little Havana, Ponce Plaza is a showcase for rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. The 147 bed facility offers leading edge rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing care, as well as a range of specialized services for patients. Our professional, bilingual staff includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and recreational program directors who meet daily to review each patient’s file and devise a care plan to get them back to optimal wellness.

At Ponce Plaza, we are committed to providing outstanding health care in a beautiful home-like environment. Audiology, eye care and dental services are provided right on-site for patient convenience.

The health and happiness of patients is a top priority. We offer a range of therapeutic recreational activities, field trips, classes and entertainment as well as barber and beautician services right on site. We organize special events for patients and their families, as well as outdoor barbeques and parties on birthdays or special holidays. Multi-denominational religious services are held on site.
