Hebrew Home of South Beach: committed to excellence
The original facility of the Plaza Health Network, the Hebrew Home of South Beach has been serving patients, their families and the community for more than 60 years.
We offer the most up-to-date rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, as well as a range of specialized services for our patients. Our professional, bilingual staff is trained in pain management, IV antibiotics, wound care and enteral feeding techniques. Because we take a holistic approach to patient health, we also offer psychological and family care counseling. Our interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, social workers, and recreational program directors work together, reviewing each patient’s file daily, to get our patients back to optimal health.
Patients can take part in a wide range of social and recreational activities, designed to make them feel part of the Hebrew Home family.
